 Randall  Tepatti, CPA, Shareholder, Vice President

RANDALL TEPATTI began his career with Cardinal Tepatti & Co., P.C. in 1997. He graduated from Alma College in 1982 with a Bachelors of Arts degree in business administration with an emphasis in accounting. He became a certified public accountant in 1989 and has worked in public accounting for 16 years. He also spent five years combined working for AT&T and ALLTEL.

Randy specializes in telecommunications having spent 20 years working in that industry. He also specializes in individual, corporate and partnership taxation and both individual and company investment planning.

 

 

 

Thomas  Bellgraph, CPA, Shareholder, Vice-President

THOMAS BELLGRAPH is a recent addition to our firm having joined us in early 2005. Tom graduated from Ferris State University in 1976 with a bachelor’s degree in accounting. He completed his CPA licensing requirements with BDO Seidman in the Grand Rapids, MI area while performing audit and tax duties with a broad range of clients. Subsequent to receiving his license, Tom joined one of his clients rising to the position of CFO prior to joining our firm. During that timeframe, Tom attained his MBA degree from Grand Valley State University while balancing the family demands of his wife and three children with the professional duties of his job. Tom brings to our firm an extensive background in the full spectrum of "finance related" disciplines associated with operating a mid-market manufacturing concern.

 

 Steven Shults, CPA, Shareholder, Vice-President

STEVEN SHULTS graduated from Michigan State University in 1989 with a degree in accounting and became a CPA in 1992. He started with the firm in September 2000 and provides accounting, audit and taxation services for the firm's clients. Steve has specialized knowledge of telecommunications accounting. He also has experience in wholesale distribution accounting. Steve also assists our clients with computerized accounting systems (Quickbooks, Peachtree, etc.).
